Dr. Nikolas Amini, DDS
Board Certified Orthodontist
Dr. Amini grew up in the suburbs of Houston and attended Texas A&M University for his bachelor’s degree before moving to Mississippi for his first Masters. He then acquired his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and completed residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics in Jacksonville, FL.
His Orthodontics Masters research focused on treating more complex cases with clear aligners in order to be a better clinician. After Residency, he practiced as an Orthodontist in a busy corporate practice gaining valuable experience and became board certified by the American Board of Orthodontists soon after.
Now as a Texan and Board Certified Orthodontist, he is excited to be finally back here in the great state of Texas and the beautiful city of San Antonio transforming smiles of my fellow Texans.
He specializes in all aspects of Orthodontics care including Braces, Invisalign, Clear Aligners and Appliances. Dr. Amini joined Alamo City Orthodontics on March 15, 2023, and is the only doctor that has hospital privileges at Methodist Hospital to help treat orthodontics or patients with cleft palate!
